1. Acceptance
By using Joreega websites or the app (when available), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Joreega is a digital learning product. Features may change as we prepare for launch. We may update, suspend, or limit access for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.
3. Accounts
Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, harass others, bypass security, or abuse the platform. Do not upload unlawful or harmful content.
5. Paid digital features
Paid digital goods or subscriptions, when offered, are purchased only via Google Play or the Apple App Store. Access is delivered immediately upon successful payment. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Those purchases also follow Google Play / Apple terms.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India (Courts / jurisdiction in Andhra Pradesh, as applicable), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
